Rubber lining for central discharge ball mills : Product description
Complete set of rubber lining is used in the central discharge ball mills at the grinding stages II - III (ball diameter of 80mm) and includes head lining, discharge end lining, shell lining and set of fixture elements.
Rubber lifter bars include directly vulcanized steel or aluminium armature.
Shell lifter bars are fastened with T-bolts М20, М30, М36. End lifter bars are fastened with М36, М42 bolts.
The rubber lining includes beveled or square-edge rubber plate and lifter bar with directly vulcanized steel or aluminium armature providing rigid lining fastening and tight rubber plate pressing, which prevents washout. Minimum armature height allows maximum lining wearing without the risk of fastening system damage.
Available patterns of plate to lifter bar connection combinations are selected depending on the lining operating conditions and customer’s requirements:
- single plate set and two lifter bar sets for the entire lining service period with replacement of lifter bars at the half service period;
- single plate set and single lifter bar set for the entire lining service period.
- lightweight components and easy fastening reduce installation time and labor input at mounting.
