Rubber lining for central discharge ball mills with grate : Product description
Grinding stage I
Complete set of rubber lining is used in the central discharge ball mills with grate at the grinding stage I (ball diameter of 100 - 120mm) and includes as follows:
- head lining;
- discharge end lining;
- shell lining;
- door and door area plates;
- set of fixture elements.
Rubber lifter bars include directly vulcanized steel armature.
Shell and end lifter bars are fastened with М36, М42 bolts.
Grinding stages II - III
Complete set of rubber lining is used in the central discharge ball mills with grate at the grinding stages II - III (ball diameter ≤ 80mm) and includes as follows:
- head lining;
- discharge end lining;
- shell lining;
- door and door area plates;
- set of fixture elements.
Rubber lifter bars include directly vulcanized steel or aluminium armature.
Shell lifter bars are fastened with T-bolts М20, М30, М36. End lifter bars are fastened with М36, М42 bolts or studs.
