Rubber lining for classifier spiral : Product description
It is used for lining the 1.5 – 3.0m diameter classifier blades.
Rubber linings of classifier blades consist of two elements in form of sectors providing the spiral blade wear protection throughout the height.
All lining sectors are interchangeable with metallic lining.
During the sector operation, the classifier blade linings are worn out nonuniformly.
Wear rate of the classifier blade inner part lining is lower than that of classifier blade outer part lining, which allows its operation for double period.
The use of rubber lining of classifier blades substantially reduces deformation of arms and blades thus resulting in the extended mean time between overhauls.
Low weight of sectors provides quick and easy installation process.
Rubber lining service life is 1.5 – 2.5 times as that of metallic one.
